High-Temperature Sterilization: Capable of withstanding rigorous retort processes at 121°C (250°F) to 135°C (275°F) for 30-60 minutes.
Ultimate Barrier Protection: Utilizing a premium 4-layer Aluminum Foil laminate to provide near-zero OTR (Oxygen Transmission Rate) and WVTR (Water Vapor Transmission Rate).
Extreme Durability: High puncture resistance and burst strength to endure rough handling, high-altitude drops (airdrop compatible), and extreme pressure.
Non-Reflective Matte Finish: Available in Green, Coyote Brown, or Sand with a matte surface to meet tactical field requirements.
BPA-Free & Food Safe: 100% food-grade materials with solvent-free lamination, ensuring no chemical migration or odor during high-heat processing.
Type, size, material, printing all can be customized.
Pressure & Burst Test: Ensuring seals remain intact under extreme internal and external pressure.
Retort Stability Test: Samples are processed in our laboratory retort at 121°C to verify delamination resistance.
Tensile & Puncture Strength Test: To simulate harsh field conditions and transportation.
Residual Solvent Test: Ensuring the pouch is 100% odorless and safe for long-term food contact.
